BURŪV Shipping Information

We ship all BURŪV orders from the United States. Below you will find details on shipping methods, timelines, and policies.
1. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after fulfillment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free standard shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. During launch periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to demand.
3. International Shipping
At this time, BURŪV ships only to addresses within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Sign up for updates to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
4. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, contact us at Support@buruv.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. We will investigate and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at the email below. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
