BURŪV is giving away one band per week throughout June and July to one, lucky winner.
This promotion is a sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is not a raffle or a lottery.
This sweepstakes is in no way a solicitation to buy goods or services.
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Summer 2026 Sunblock Party Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 CST on 6/15/26 and ends at 11:59 P.M. CST on 7/31/26 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States, age 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Governed by U.S. law. Empoyees, Contractors, Freelancers and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of BURŪV ("the Sponsor"), eclipseRx ("the Company"), and Epiphany Dermatology, their respective advertising, promotion agencies and any other vendors/ partner companies involved in this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to the independent judging organization), Sponsor's affiliates, subscidiaries and prize donors (if applicable) are not eligible to enter. Giveaway is limited to one per winner. In the event that a person is randomly chosen more than once, they will be ineligible to receive a second BURŪV band.
HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry. Method #1 (online): To enter online, visit the BURŪV Sunblock Party page and sign up for our bi-monthly newsletter with tips, perks, and advice for achieving healthy beautiful skin as well as insider news about BURŪV, including partnerships, new offerings, and more. All online/ onsite entry notices posted on the newsletter signup apply, including but not limited to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://buruv.com/policies/privacy. Online entries must be received by Noon CST each Friday of the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be considered for that week's giveaway. Entries received after that time will then be eligible for Method #2 (automatic): Anyone who has previously or, during the course of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, signed up for the BURŪV Sunblock Party newsletter will receive automatic consideration for the weekly prize drawing. If any email recipient does not wish to participate in the sweepstakes, they can email hello@buruv.com to opt-out. Please include the subject "OPT-OUT: [YOUR NAME]." Method #3 (email): To enter the sweepstakes without signing up for the Sunblock Party Newsletter, send an email to "hello@buruv.com" with your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and Apple Watch size. If you don't have an Apple Watch, please note that. Owning an Apple Watch does not affect your eligibility for winning, but will determine the prize you receive. Email entries must be received by Noon CST each Friday of the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be considered for that week's giveaway. Email entrants may submit one entry per week during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Entry into the Sweepstakes and confirming the appropriate permission box constitutes your consent to opt-in to the Sunblock Party Newsletter and to receive communication via email (or text if cell phone number is provided) and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary to enter to win. You have not yet won. Sweepstakes ends 7/31/26. Six (6) prizes will be awarded. Maximum verifiable retail value ("VRV") of each prize is $299. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries recieved. Limit: One prize per person or household. SPONSOR: BURŪV Band, c/o eclipseRx, Kansas City, MO.
WEEKLY PRIZE (total VRV: $299): Winners will receive a BURŪV smartband in the color of their choice (pending inventory availability) and the size of their Apple Watch. The prize does NOT include an Apple Watch. Winners will have access to the BURŪV app, including current and future features without a monthly subscription for a minimum of one year. Access to all BURŪV features without a subscription is guaranteed to purchases of the BURŪV band before August 31, 2026.
ALTERNATE PRIZE (total VRV: $150): Winners who do not own an Apple Watch will receive a collection of BURŪV-approved skincare items, like sunscreen, serums, and more.
FOR ALL WINNERS: The prize will be subject to the manufacturer's stated warranty, if any. Prize images depicted in advertising and promotional materials may vary from the actual prize and any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the images of the actual prize one. The trademarks associated with prizes are the property of their respective owners.
The random drawings will be conducted on Fridays from June 19, 2026 through July 31, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or overnight/express delivery (signature required) promptly thereafter. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Potential winners are required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be signed and returned along with other documents required within ten days of date printed on notification or that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be determined. If a potential winner fails to respond within ten days, or if mail/email/phone attempts are unsuccessful or returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected in a random drawing. If applicable, an IRS form 1099-Misc will be filed in winners’ names for the verified retail value of the prize won. Prizes are awarded promptly after winner verifications, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. All federal, state, local, and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be offered. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or comparable value in its sole discretion.
GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, home state, likeness, comments/statements and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or electronic promotions of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize or for any suspension of the Sweepstakes or inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the prizes as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), or (iii) suspend entries if the Sweepstakes becomes unfairly impaired in any way and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas, U.S.A. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RELEASE: Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prizes or the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize or portion of prize, including property damage, personal injury or death, and any travel related activities.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS:
In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address (at time of entry) will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by his/her Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses as shown on his/her carrier’s records for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN individual, whether or not an ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, destroy, tamper WITH or vandalize this WEBSITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and diligently pursue all remedies AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION against ANY SUCH individual TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
