BURŪV Refund and Return Policy
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
We believe in BURŪV. We believe that once you experience what it means to truly see your sun exposure, you will never go back. That is why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee with free returns.
1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you don't feel more in control of your skin aging within 60 days, send it back for a full refund. No hassle. No fine print. We will even cover the return shipping. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the band, charging cable, Quick Start Guide, and all accessories. The product must be in working condition, free from physical damage beyond normal wear. Founding Member pricing and promotional discounts remain eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email Support@buruv.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label within two business days. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
3. Free Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee window. Simply pack the product securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Free return shipping applies to orders shipped within the United States.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Defective Products
If your BURŪV band arrives defective or develops a defect within the one-year warranty period (see our Terms of Service for full warranty details), contact us at Support@buruv.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including prepaid return shipping.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different band sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We cover shipping in both directions for exchanges.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Products returned after the 60-day window, products with physical damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification, and products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for return or refund through this policy.
8. HSA and FSA Purchases
BURŪV is eligible for purchase with Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds through Truemed, meaning your sun protection investment may be made with pre-tax dollars. Refunds for HSA or FSA transactions will be returned to the originating HSA or FSA account. Consult your plan administrator if you have questions about the tax implications of a refund.
