When you buy BURŪV, your purchase comes with a 60-day money back guarantee and a 1-year limited warranty. There are no additional fees or subscriptions required.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on business days (Monday-Friday) will typically ship out the same day. Our warehouses ship orders Monday through Friday. Delivery time once an order is fulfilled varies depending on the destination. For orders within the US, estimated delivery for USPS First Class Mail is currently 3-5 business days after the date of shipping.
What is your return policy?
If you purchased BURŪV and decide it’s not right for you, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days. BURŪV is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If your BURŪV is defective and we’re not able to fix it, we’ll send you a new one, no sweat.
